 Master Wang Lin came to Russia in 2002. Here he began to teach Tai Chi and Qigong for those who wanted to learn martial arts and unique healing practices of ancient China

Master Wang Lin School of Tai Chi and Qigong was opened in Moscow in 2003.

The main goal of the school is expansion of internal practices of Qigong and martial arts - systems of physical and spiritual growth of the person that originated in China in ancient times.

The students of the school have a unique opportunity to gain knowledge directly from Chinese Master, who devoted his entire life to the study and practice of martial arts and unique healing systems of ancient China.

In the basis of studying is laid the system of integrated harmonious growth of man developed by Master – the System  Zhong He, consisted of two inextricably intertwined to each other parts - Zhong He Qigong and Zhong He Tai Chi.

Master Wang Lin gives lessons in personal groups and controls all other groups of the Schools, paying great attention to the quality of education. All our instructors are trained in different Master’s groups with a special program and they are always ready to help you in your desire to know yourself and find harmony with the world.

About Master Wang Lin

Master Wang Lin was born in 1977 in China, in the urban district of Cangzhou, Hebei Province in the family where everyone is doing traditional martial arts, passing on the secrets of mastery from one generation to another. Cangzhou is the motherland of the traditional martial art Bājíquán (Chinese Traditional . 八极拳, pīnyīn : Bājíquán). Cangzhou is known as a "nest of Wushu ", as a place of "the hidden dragon and the sheltered tiger ". It is not an exaggeration.  Since the ancient times for everyone in Cangzhou -  rich and poor, adults and children, men and women, old and young - martial arts training has become an everyday affair, handed down from generation to generation.

Wang Lin began to practice Wushu regularly at the age of five years under the guidance of his father. When he was eight, he entered the sport Wushu school.  Then, after finishing the school, - he entered the faculty of traditional Kung Fu in the University of Physical Culture, Hebei Province, where he presented his master's thesis. During his studies Wang Lin began teaching Kung Fu professionally at the university.

Master Wang Lin is the first magister of Kung Fu from Hebei Province, the international category judge for Tai Chi, Wushu and Sanda. He has been invited as a judge at international competitions in China and Russia many times.

While he was a student, the Master chose for himself the main direction which he steeped himself in completely. That was theoretical and practical aspects of Qigong and "internal" styles of martial arts. He devoted himself to the study and spreading the ancient knowledge and unique systems related to internal Qigong practices and martial arts that originated in China in ancient times.

In 2002, Master Wang Lin came to Russia, where he began to teach Tai Chi and Qigong for those who wanted to learn martial arts and unique healing practices of ancient China.

Master Wang Lin School of Tai Chi and Qigong was opened in Moscow in 2003. The main goal of the school is to study theoretical aspects and practical exercises of ancient systems for physical and spiritual growth.

Master developed a unique system of integrated harmonious development of man – the System Zhong He, consisted of two inextricably intertwined to each other parts - Zhong He Tai Chi and Zhong He Qigong. This exact system is laid in the basis of studying in the School.

Master Wang Lin is a true master of internal practices of Qigong and martial arts. All his entire life he has been studying and practicing the ancient systems of physical and energetical human development. His path is the path of non-stop everyday development, the way of life as an art. He creates his own reality and he is ready to open the way of life for his students where health, wealth and love are the natural state of being.

Zhong He Tai Chi

The training system Zhuong He is conducted at Master Wang Lin’s School. Zhong He (translated from Chinese, Zhong - medial, correct, He - harmony) in directions: Tai Chi and Qigong.

Zhong He Tai Chi uses a set of methods and techniques of Zhong He Qigong, Chinese traditional Tai Chi, Signa and other martial arts.

Qigong gives the necessary base for inner work, without which deep study and comprehension of Tai Chi are impossible.

Studies at School are held at seminars and regular classes in groups (up to 15 people). The seminars provide theoretical basis, group classes are aimed at practical work. Regular classes and one-day seminars are held throughout the year (from September to August). Multi-day retreats are traditionally held in the autumn, in the winter and in the spring - in the localities near Moscow and other cities of Russia, in the summer - in China.

Zhong He Tai Chi has two directions:

- health-improving

- martial

Theoretical basis of the system Zhong He is studied at classes and seminars. Practical drill of gained knowledge goes further through various exercises (alone and in pairs) and Tai Chi complexes, such as:

- 24 form and 42 form of Yang style,

- 40  form and 83 form of Chen style,

- form with a fan of Chen style,

- form with a sword of Chen style.

Zhong He Qigong

Ancient Chinese system of Qigong under the unique system Zhong He, developed by the Master Wang Lin specifically for the Russian-speaking people, is trained at Master Wang Lin’s School.

Qigong is the art of improving health, practiced throughout China. It plays an active role in the prevention and treatment of diseases, health improving and protection, resistance of premature aging and senility, lengthening life. That is why Qigong was called in ancient times "the method of destroying diseases and prolonging life."

Zhong He Qigong is studied at the School. This is a system of healing Qigong, aimed at people of any age and physical training. It is easy to study and it consists of simple exercises that can be used in everyday life in any conditions. Qigong practice requires neither much space nor specialized gyms. Qigong can be applied everywhere: at home, at work, in the subway, in principle - anywhere.
